How to Unlock Melia
Meet Melia after Completing the Main Story
After completing the main story of the game, head to the 1st Floor of Keves Castle. When looking at your map, you will find a ? mark near the Main Castle Gate. Head towards the question mark to start a cutscene. When the cutscene ends, Melia is unlocked.

Melia Strengths and Weaknesses
Strengths
Melia is without a doubt, one of the best Attackers in the game, and should be added to any party that has trouble dealing damage. Not only are her attacks very powerful, but many inflict powerful debuffs, such as Bind.
Weaknesses
Melia's strength relies on her constantly summoning and discharging Elements. While this increases her attack power to exceptionally high levels, this process requires time to be effective. As such, Melia is better suited to longer, more difficult battles.
Melia Ascension Quest Unlock Conditions
From Atop Her Throne
After recruiting Melia, they and their class will be capped at Rank 10. To break the class limit and rank them up to Rank 20, you must first complete their Ascension Quest: From Atop Her Throne.

Using Summon Element and Elemental Discharge in turn is the signature Arts combo for Melia, increasing her overall attack as the battle progresses by summoning and discharging Elements. The high damage output from Starfall is further enhanced by its ability to Topple enemies.
